DRH Auxiliary Completes Pledge

The DRH Auxiliary pledged to donate a total of $200,000 to the DRH Health Foundation toward the Taylor LeNorman/McCasland Cancer Center. The first payment of $100,000 was made in November, 2006. On February 11, 2008, the Auxiliary made its final payment.

The Auxiliary raised the funds through the DRH gift shop, book fairs, jewelry and uniform sales, along with vending-machine revenue.

“We are honored to be a part of helping the cancer center become a reality,” said Betty Beck, Director of Volunteers. “It is so needed by patients in southwest Oklahoma.”

The generosity of the Auxiliary is greatly appreciated.
